FUND MANAGERS

The fund is managed by Bobby Sharma and Max Khorasani. Bobby started investing in real estate by house-hacking at the age of 24. Since then he has flipped homes, created and nurtured syndicates, investing locally and remotely in assets.

Bobby has built the largest real estate investment Meetup group in the Bay Area. He understands technology, real estate and investing and the pains that small and large investors go through to build their portfolios.

Bobby is also the CEO and Co-Founder of a PropTech startup BetterCapital.us. Bobby is a licensed real estate agent in California.

Max has over 15 years of experience in lending and real estate. He has funded over 500M in real estate loans on both residential and commercial assets.

Both Max and Bobby are licensed NMLS agents.
