After creating the Customizable Fund®, our clients wanted us to make capital raising even faster and easier for them. So we built an end to end platform like no other. While most other investment management platforms focus on providing technology, we realized there are many more pain points to raising capital. So we went on to pursue solving all those other pain points.
Today, Avestor provides solutions for every pain point of capital raising. This includes a comprehensive education platform that helps capital raisers learn about every aspect of efficiently raising capital. We provide end to end services that include marketing, legal, regulatory, accounting, insurance and tax through our internal teams or industry partners. We provide a community of other capital raisers to help build a network that spans across the country. In addition to technical support, we provide business support to answer all those critical strategic and tactical business questions capital raisers have about raising capital. Finally, we provide marketplaces where capital raisers can partner together as well as meet investors interested in their offerings.

Sanjay is a seasoned executive, fund manager and passive investor. As part of Avestor, he has advised and launched over 200 private funds on business strategy, legal, compliance, fund administration, accounting and tax. Additionally, Sanjay runs Avestor's Ariel Fund. As a passive investor, he has invested in hundreds of deals with his own capital and has a deep understanding of due diligence and underwriting.
Prior to his investment career, Sanjay served as a Vice President at Intel leading product planning and strategic planning for its $40 billion PC business. Sanjay holds an MBA from Carnegie Mellon and a bachelor’s in engineering.
Sanjay's two passions are spending time with his family and traveling the world, which has taken him to more than 30 countries on four continents so far!
For more than 20 years, Chirag has honed his product engineering expertise, developing and deploying enterprise software platforms and scalable infrastructure. Many of those years were in the service of Fortune 50 organizations.
Chirag holds an MBA in technology, innovation and entrepreneurship and MS in SW engineering from Carnegie Mellon.
Chirag enjoys learning about company valuations and value investing.
Badri brings more than two decades of experience in multi-family housing to his role as co-founder of Avestor. Prior to Avestor, he co-founded two start-ups, was an active angel investor and held key leadership positions at a Fortune 500 company.
Badri holds an MBA in marketing and finance and a master’s in computer science. In his spare time, Badri likes hiking, playing tennis and exploring new cultures and places. His goal is to visit every country in the world.
