Ian Kallenbach is the general partner (GP) of Dream Machine Investment Fund. He is an active CEO and founder of Dream Machine Asset Management which oversees a portfolio of companies he’s founded and a real estate portfolio he’s developed with his team. The companies are largely in the healthcare industry. The real estate is medical retail, medical office, office, owner-user medical, and residential. Ian’s performed foreclosure, commercial, multi-family, private-lending, business purchase and residential transactions, and he’s been a real estate investor or licensed professional for 17 years. He’s currently enrolled in a Private Equity Certificate from Wharton School of Business, University of Pennsylvania. Before this career, he was a US Air Force Officer. He graduated from the University of Missouri, Magna Cum Laude. He was selected to be in the Honors College and Phi Beta Kappa. He was also the Distinguished Graduate of his military class.
