Orion Capital Fund is a team of highly experienced airbnb and real estate operators. We are combining years of experience to provide our investors with a unique opportunity to invest in short term rentals for long term cash flow, appreciation and tax benefits. We are three individuals that are passionate about owning and operating short term rentals and working with our investors. Our passion comes from our experience as normal investors who have had to deal with all the complexities of investing in real estate.

In the spring of 2020, David led the acquisition of the Voyager Pacific management company. With the acquisition of the Voyager Pacific management company, David and his team now have more than 4,000 assets under management. He and his team took over full time management of day-to-day operations in July of that year with the task of building on the foundation laid by previous management. Very strong in operations, systems and technology, David implemented proprietary software he designed to track and communicate asset details internally, streamlining the management process of thousands of smaller assets while increasing operational efficiencies.
Vanessa has spent the last 20 years in the financial industry. Starting out in accounting firms working with several small and large companies. Eventually leaving public accounting and moving to work as a Controller in the manufacturing industry.
Vanessa enjoyed working with real estate clients in the financial aspects so much she decided to expand into real estate as well. Vanessa purchased a property management company that operates Short Term and Long-Term rentals in 13states. Vanessa’s extensive background in finance and her ongoing involvement in various real estate ventures has proven to be very effective in managing of rental properties.
Bobby has built the largest real estate investment Meetup group in the Bay Area. He understands technology, real estate and investing and the pains that small and large investors go through to build their portfolios.
Bobby is also the CEO and Co-Founder of a PropTech startup BetterCapital.us. Bobby is a licensed real estate agent in California.
Max has over 15 years of experience in lending and real estate. He has funded over 500M in real estate loans on both residential and commercial assets.
Both Max and Bobby are licensed NMLS agents.
