David started investing and developing real estate in 1994 with his first purchase of a bank REO which was subsequently rehabbed and turned into a rental. Since then, he has rehabbed properties, built houses from the ground up, sub-divided land, designed multi-unit residential projects, rehabbed and rented commercial space, fixed and rented numerous residential properties, fixed and sold residential and commercial properties, done seller financing and purchased non-performing notes.
Vanessa has spent the last 20 years in the financial industry. Starting out in accounting firms working with several small and large companies. She enjoyed working with real estate clients in the financial aspects so much she decided to expand into real estate as well. In recent years, Vanessa ventured into real estate-focused financial and management services, establishing both a Finance and Administrative Services company and a Project Management firm. Her passion for real estate led her to acquire a property management company that operates across 13 states, specializing in Short Term and Long-Term rentals. Vanessa's extensive financial background and ongoing involvement in real estate ventures have proven highly effective in managing rental properties
Bobby Sharma's real estate journey began at 24 when he purchased his first house in Riverside, CA, employing a 'house hacking' strategy with a 3-bedroom, 2-bath ranch house. By 2010, Bobby became more active in real estate, participating in courthouse auctions in San Jose and Oakland, and initiating Fix & Flip projects. Over the years, Bobby has played pivotal roles in growing several real estate ventures, including Roof4All.com, where he expanded the portfolio from 110 to 600 doors, and BetterCapital.us, a PropTech startup specializing in Asset Management. He is also a partner in VoyagerPacific.com, managing $75 million in assets.
Transitioning from his tech career in April 2019, Bobby now focuses full-time on real estate investments, private money lending, mentoring, and syndication. He is dedicated to educating members of his extensive real estate Meetup group, which boasts over 5,000 members, on real estate and financial literacy.
